In accordance with relevant national laws and regulations, as well as the requirements stipulated in the "Decision of the State Council on Amending the Regulations on the Administration of Construction Project Environmental Protection" (State Council Order No. 682), the "Technical Specifications for Environmental Protection Acceptance of Construction Project Completion", the project's environmental impact assessment report, and the approval documents from the original environmental assessment department, Foshan Shunde Gaolide Silicone Industrial Co., Ltd. has compiled the "Environmental Protection Acceptance Monitoring Report for the Completion of the Newly-Built Project with an Annual Production Capacity of 1,000 Tons of Silicone Adhesive by Foshan Shunde Gaolide Silicone Industrial Co., Ltd." (hereinafter referred to as the "Acceptance Monitoring Report").

  On September 15, 2019, an acceptance team consisting of representatives from the construction unit and the completion environmental protection acceptance monitoring unit conducted an acceptance inspection of the project. The acceptance team reviewed the "Acceptance Monitoring Report" and conducted an on-site inspection of the project site and environmental protection facilities, forming the opinions of the acceptance working group.

  Our company has fulfilled the requirements of the environmental impact assessment document and its approval, and has passed the environmental protection acceptance inspection upon completion.
